Guide Dogs

Enhancing the mobility of visually impaired people

Aims:

Providing guide dogs, mobility and other rehabilitation services to blind and partially sighted people in the UK, to improve the mobility and enhance the independence of visually impaired people.

Services provided:

  • Guide dog services.
  • Children and young people’s services. 

    Blind Children UK has now been fully integrated with Guide Dogs and now delivers all of its children’s services under the Guide Dogs name.

  • My Guide, sighted guiding service

  • Companion Dogs for children and young people

  • Training for organisations

  • Guide dog training and continued support
  • Guide Dogs will assist with feeding and vet costs where requested.
