We offer a number of training courses designed to help you ensure your online information is accessible to everyone.


Accessibility Awareness

This is a self-study course. It is designed to give a comprehensive introduction to the subject of how information is accessed by people with disabilities and general advice on how to ensure your online content is accessible.

Accessible Word Documents

A short focused course detailing how to produce accessible Microsoft Word documents.  While this course uses and focuses on Microsoft’s word processing application the strategies discussed can be applied to any other office software applications.

By the end of the course learners will have a better understanding of:

  • The need for accessible content
  • The strategies which can be utilised when producing digital documents to ensure that they are as accessible as possible

This course is instructor-led via Zoom, Teams or in person.

A short course detailing how to produce accessible social media content.

  • The growth of social media
  • The need for accessible social media content
  • The strategies which can be employed to ensure content is accessible
