Genes are Us is a genetics education website developed by Genetic Disorders UK. It provides schools with a host of free resources for increasing awareness and understanding of genetic disorders and how differences in our genes help to make everyone unique.
Targeting key areas of the national curriculum, the films and resources they provide are designed to encourage acceptance and tolerance of difference and help children understand the profound implications that breakthroughs in genetics could have for children and families affected by genetic disorders.
