- To develop the independence and full potential of young wheelchair users including participation in wheelchair sports
- To provide advice and support to young wheelchair users and their families
- To provide disability awareness training in mainstream schools.
services provided:
We run free wheelchair skills workshops for young wheelchair users and their families across Scotland. We bring extra wheelchairs so that parents, siblings and friends can join in with the activities
Cost:
Go Kids Go makes no charge for their core workshops and is committed to helping as many children as possible, without placing any financial burden on the parents and carers. There is a charge for disability awareness training in mainstream schools.
