Description of service:
Saga SOS is a simple personal alarm system that is designed to alert staff in a response centre just by pressing a button. At any time of day or
night a reassuring voice will respond to take control of the situation and organise the help that is needed – whether it’s contacting a nominated keyholder, calling an ambulance or a doctor in a medical emergency, or calling the fire brigade.
Opening hours:
Lines are open from 8.30am – 7.00pm weekdays and 9:00am – 5.00pm Saturday.
Additional information:
The standard Saga SOS package includes a press-button alarm that can be worn as a pendant, wristband or clip, a homecare unit to control communications, and a separate device for the front door that enables Saga SOS to deal with unwanted callers. ‘SOS Plus’ gives the added protection of sensors to detect both fires and intruders.
