Lothian Centre for Inclusive Living (LCIL)

Lothian Centre for Inclusive Living (LCiL) is a user-led disabled people's organisation.

We work with disabled people, people with long-term conditions and older people, parents and carers. LCiL support
people in East Lothian, Midlothian, Edinburgh and West Lothian.

Services are designed and delivered by disabled people and include:

• Independent Living Support – Providing you with information and one-to-one support to manage your own self-directed package.

Grapevine Disability Information – Free, confidential and independent disability information and advice to people in Edinburgh. Tel: 0131 475 2370 Email: grapevine@lothiancil.org.uk

Payroll Service – Wages processing and administration if you employ your own Personal Assistants (PAs). Enhanced support to help you budget and plan, make payments and manage paperwork.

Training Services – For individuals and organisations, on topics such as Disability Equality and self-directed support. Skills training for disabled employers and PAs.

• Peer Support – Workshops, peer support groups and one-to-one peer support to help parent carers and disabled people in the Lothians increase their knowledge, skills, confidence and resilience.
