Services provided:
- Provides information and advice to unpaid carers in Edinburgh and Midlothian
- Provides a counselling service to carers
- Provides support to friends and family affected by someone else’s addiction to drugs/alcohol
- Runs groups, workshops and courses in – Dealing with Guilt, Stress management and Changing Relationships
- Provides “Caring with Confidence” training programme.

Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 5.00pm
Tuesday and Wednesday until 8.00pm.
