We are a UK-based, not-for-profit organisation that helps employers build and maintain diverse teams and inclusive cultures through our membership, training, and consultancy services.

The Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei) is driven by the belief that a world where workplaces are truly inclusive is possible. We work with you to ensure your employees have a sense of belonging, are fulfilled, and are productive.

Our incredible team of account managers and Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI) practitioners enables us to offer a full range of services to help employers build diverse teams and inclusive cultures through our membership, training, and consultancy services.

Truly inclusive workplaces enable every member of staff to reach their full potential. With our human-rights-based approach to DEI, we empower your organisation to create an open, honest, and innovative culture that will inspire your team to succeed.

Our Membership Offer

Whether you’re learning the basics of DEI in the workplace, already working in a truly inclusive culture, or anywhere in between, being an enei member will ensure you get the latest information, advice, support, and networking opportunities you need to embed best practices into your organisation and to create that sense of belonging that we are all striving towards.

All our members benefit from a dedicated account manager to guide them along the way. We offer three membership options, so you can choose the level of support that’s right for you.

Training and Consultancy

Alongside our membership services, we provide bespoke diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) training and consultancy services tailored to meet your organisation’s specific needs.

Wherever your organisation is on its inclusion journey—whether you’re just starting out, working in an inclusive culture, or anywhere in between—our training and consulting programmes can be customised to meet your needs. We are here to help you progress along the journey and create the sense of belonging we are all striving towards.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we offer:

  • Work with organisations across the public, private, and third sectors
