Description of services:
We have 6 groups across Edinburgh, Innerleithen in the Scottish Borders and Glasgow. All our groups are in accessible venues. Details of their location and the times we meet can be found on our website or on our Facebook page. Our sessions are facilitated by a specially trained voice coach. You will learn natural breathing techniques to help with breathlessness and songs are mostly taught by ear to aid cognition but lyrics can be provided. We ask for a £3 donation per session (if you can afford it) and we provide tea/coffee/cake and chat.
