The School aims to support children and young people with complex and additional support needs to fulfil their potential. They aim to do this by providing an interdisciplinary approach to education, health and care.
SERVICES PROVIDED:
Stanmore House School is a specialist school in South Lanarkshire for day and residential pupils between the ages of 3 and 18 years who have complex and additional support needs.
Dedicated Support Teams
- Teachers, classroom support staff, nurses and therapists, provide care and support and we liaise closely with parents/carers and all other stakeholders involved in the young person’s life to ensure a consistent approach to education, health and care.

Wide Range of Learning Experiences

Individual Education Programmes
- Each pupil has their own Individual Education Programme which is delivered through a highly differentiated curriculum, prepared in consultation with parents and closely monitored.

- Each pupil has fully personalised and individual bedroom fitted with environmental controls

- 5 Bungalows which can accommodate 4 young people each
