Aims:
- To offer support and advice to affected individuals and their families
- To bring about more public awareness of MPS and related diseases
- To find, by means of research, a cure for the diseases.

- Network of befrienders and a programme of regional events
- Information and advice on health, welfare, education, adaptations and respite care
- Regional clinics, information days and conferences including ten regional MPS clinics throughout the UK and information days and conferences in Scotland and Northern Ireland
- Opportunities to fund research into effective treatments for MPS, Fabry and related diseases in the future
- The Childhood Wood, an area planted and named in memory of those children who were born with and have died from MPS. Bereaved families are invited to plant a memorial tree in the wood.
