See Me is Scotland’s national programme to tackle mental health stigma and discrimination. We are funded by the Scottish Government and managed by SAMH and the Mental Health Foundation. Our vision is for a fair and inclusive Scotland, free from mental health stigma and discrimination.

Information, tools & resources and campaigns for:

  • Young people.
  • People working in education.
  • People working in health and social care.
  • People using health and social care services.
  • Workplaces (incl employees, managers and senior leaders).
