We aim to provide support for the whole family regardless of whether their loved one is engaged with treatment providers. We use a broad definition of ‘family’, including family members, carers, friends, neighbours, work colleagues, and the list goes on.

We look to identify and support all of the potential strengths around individuals, whether or not they are in treatment or recovery.  We can provide support through a variety of methods.

Services provided:

  • Helpline open Mon – Fri  9am to 11pm, with a callback facility on Saturday and Sunday
  • Webchat support available via our website
  • Family Support – information on local support services that will support the identified needs of all the family
  • Telehealth Family Support – support from our dedicated family support team via phone or video link for anybody who cant attend a local group or where there is no local support provision
  • Bereavement Support – funded counselling for any individual age 16 who has lost a loved one where substances featured in that loved ones life
