Aims:
RCSLT is the professional body representing the 1400 speech and language therapists (SLTs) in Scotland. RCSLT acts to promote and protect the interests of SLTs and their service users.
Services provided:
Speech and language therapists (SLTs) provide assessment and therapy to individuals with communication disability and / or eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties. SLTs also provide expert assessment, advice, training and resources to support development of inclusive communication organisations. Levels of provision available to depends on local SLT resources. Anyone can self refer to SLT. Ask your local NHS Board for the SLT team contact details.
