Aims:
To provide advice, essential information and support for RCN members affected by injury, ill health or disability.
Services provided:
- Offers support and contact with other health care professionals who are ill or disabled – and understand the unique difficulties faced by those working in health care settings and living with, or adjusting to, a change in circumstance.
- Advises nurses who have health difficulties which affect their ability to continue in their chosen career
- The group includes students, working nurses and HCAs, ill health and age retired nurses and HCAs with all manner of issues.
- Responds to the needs of members to ensure the group is tailored to their circumstances.

Membership costs:
Membership is open to any Royal College Of Nursing members.
