- Peer support – regular opportunities for carers to meet together to share information, advice and experience, and to establish support networks that help sustain their caring role
- Emotional support – someone to talk to, who can help you work out what help you need, and when
- Advice and information service – access to a wide range of information resources and links with local, regional and national agencies able to offer specialist support
- Benefits advice – close working with Citizens Advice Bureau to help make sure carers are aware of, and feel able to access, all the benefits they are entitled to
- Free learning opportunities – for carers throughout Moray.
- Free counselling service for adult Carers – this includes one-to-one appointments, as well as family, group and couples counselling
- Young Carer Support – for carers aged under 18
