Aims:

To provide information and support to people born with Anophthalmia, Microphthalmia and Coloboma and their families.

Services provided:

  • Emotional and practical support and information
  • Linking  members with other MACS people via social media and regional activities and events
  • Financial assistance to MACS members who require equipment or services to help meet their needs
  • Activities for children and young people which aim to boost confidence, communication and independent living skills
  • Awareness raising activities.
  • Clinical and community outreach work
