Lothiansound is a registered Scottish charity, founded in 1988 and run entirely by volunteers, and funded by donations.
Supplied free of charge – for listeners who are registered blind or partially sighted, or who have other difficulty reading a newspaper.
Services provided:
Lothiansound produces:
- a weekly audio digest of news and events, selected and read from the Edinburgh Evening News.
- Lothiansound sends memory sticks/USB sticks to listeners all over the UK.
