- To encourage fellowship and friendship among gay and lesbian Christians
- To maintain and strengthen links with other gay and lesbian groups.

- Support to LGBT Christians via newsletter, magazine and local groups
- Information and resources to combat faith based homophobia and transphobia
- Education resource on faith and sexuality
- Conferences and other events
- Campaigns for LGBT equality worldwide.
