Description:
The Interpretation and Translation Service provides interpretation and translation service to the residents of Edinburgh. The Council operated service offers written and oral interpretations of Council Service information at meetings. This service can be arranged through any Council department.
The service is free and can be used for appointments with, e.g. Schools, Housing and Social Work Departments, Refugees & Migration Team etc.
Translate or interpret into a wide range of languages, such as: Polish, Chinese, Urdu, Arabic, Bengali, Punjabi etc.
Transcription service: Provide information in alternative formats such as Braille, Large print and Audio.
