Services provided:
- Co-ordination of penfriendship throughout the world
- Contact list of fellow-members
- PF has its own Stamp Exchange Division
- Offering a School Service for schools and groups of or individual children aged between ten and seventeen
- IPF provides a service in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian.
Membership costs:
- All applicants are screened and applicants may be rejected. Inmates of prisons and correctional institutions are not permitted to join
- Costs depend on age and number of contacts requested.
