Home Farm is a modern and specially designed two-storey Care Centre in Portree on the Isle of Skye. It is a care home with nursing care for older perople who may have a physical disability or dementia or young people with a physical disability.
The home accommodates 40 residents in 36 single and 2 shared rooms (38 en suite). There is one respite place contracted to the Local Authority. A referral from the Social Work department is required for this place although dependent on bed occupancy there may be other respite places available.
Respite provided:
Residential, emergency, domicilary and day centre respite provided.
