Services provided:
The principle focus of HWL is to work with employers to enable them to understand, protect and improve the health of their employees. This is done through a range of customer-focused solutions and services.
These services are provided through a network of Advisers, a website (external site) and a telephone Adviceline to help to enable employers to understand, protect and improve the health of their employees and to better support those with health problems who have re-entered work, to remain in work.
Services include:
- Adviceline (external site): Free-to-call national Adviceline – 0800 019 2211 – providing information on a range of workplace safety and health topics.
- Templates and Resources (external site): Tools to support organisations deal with a range of workplace safety and health issues.
- Training and Events (external site): Training and awareness sessions covering a range of health topics and are designed to develop employers’ understanding, knowledge and skills.
