In Go With Your Flow sessions you are guided through a set of flowing physical movements which – when coordinated with your breathing and a calm focus on the present moment – balance and nurture your body and mind. When your positive energy is flowing you can be free of unhelpful and unhealthy patterns and habits – you can feel more relaxed, confident, and better able to deal with the challenges of daily life. The movements are based on Qigong, which is often called ‘the mother of Tai Chi’. Qigong movements are easy to follow, the practice is accessible and inclusive, and everyone can experience deep and lasting benefits. Practising Qigong can help with common conditions associated with mobility, flexibility, circulation, digestion, menopause, and emotional wellbeing. If you are part of a group of people in a residential, community, social, or work space in Edinburgh and the Lothians the Go With Your Flow session leader will come to you! Sessions can be scheduled in advance 7 days a week. A reduced or free ‘taster’ session can be discussed, and charity rates are available.
