FND Grampian is for Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). We offer monthly peer-to-peer support meetings where you will be introduced to our FND community, where you will no longer be the only person you know to have FND and find strength in solidarity. We also have monthly wellbeing sessions where you can try out different wellbeing experiences to help you with your symptoms. FND Grampian also gives support for people diagnosed with FND in hospital. Come along to our next meeting for a coffee and a chat.
