- To provide high quality information and support to those suffering from fertility issues and to promote public awareness of fertility issues and its impact on people’s quality of life
- To support the provision of an equitable system of publicly funded fertility treatment throughout the UK for all sufferers of infertility, sub-fertility and secondary infertility
- To advance public education about all aspects of fertility and infertility
- To raise the profile of issues concerning fertility and infertility in the media and in general in an informed, responsible manner
- To encourage and assist further research in its broadest sense into infertility and its various effects.

Services provided:
- Offers advice, information, support and a listening ear for those wishing to talk to someone on fertility issue and the effects on people
- Their Supportline, which is run by their qualified nurse, is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10am & 4pm on 0121 323 5025
- Regional organisers work throughout the UK to provide help and support at a local level
- Interactive website provides information & support
- News section is kept up-to-date with relevant items from the media
- The website also contains factsheets and articles of interest
