Epilepsy Action is the largest member-led epilepsy organisation in Britain, acting as the voice for the UK’s estimated 600,000 people with epilepsy.
Epilepsy Action is a community of people committed to a better life for everyone affected by epilepsy. They want high quality, accessible epilepsy healthcare services, so that people with epilepsy have the support they need to manage their condition.
They want wider awareness and understanding of epilepsy, so that people living with the condition are treated with fairness and respect.
They publish the number one paper and online epilepsy magazine Epilepsy Today for their members and on Kindle, featuring the latest news and a broad range of articles. They also publish Europe’s only epilepsy magazine for health professionals, Epilepsy Professional, and Seizure, the European Journal for Epilepsy.
The Epilepsy Action Helpline offers confidential and personal advice from trained advisers for people with epilepsy, their family and friends and is there for anyone with an interest in epilepsy.
