Services provided:
ELCAP is registered with the Care Inspectorate to provide housing support and care at home services. Their registration certificate allows them to provide services to people with a learning disability; physical or sensory impairment; mental health issues; drug & alcohol misuse problems; older people and people who have acquired brain injury. In practice, this means that they can support any children or adults who have a support need.
ELCAP also operates a 7–bed residential respite service for adults with learning disability in Tranent, East Lothian. Access to this service is through the social work departments in East Lothian & Midlothian councils.
