- To provide support, advice and information for people with EDS or HSD and their families and friends
- To heighten awareness among healthcare and other professionals concerning EDS and HSD.
- To support research to improve understanding of EDS and HSD and to improve healthcare for those affected

- Local, peer support provided by trained volunteers
- Links members with each other for mutual support and the exchange of ideas
- A free telephone and email adviceline
- Digital and printed information

Regular support groups meetings via Zoom and in person.
