Aims:
To provide information and support to young people caring for someone at home.
Services provided:
- Young Carers groups – organised activities, discussions and support
- Residentials and day trips – time out from home
- Information and support – to enable young carers and their families to access other services
- Young Carers Forum – a group of young people to meet and discuss issues relevant to them
- Awareness Raising – campaigning on behalf of young carers local and nationally.
Services are free to users.
