Aims:

To provide advice and information on welfare benefits, tax credits and money advice.

Services provided:

The Welfare Rights Service is part of Dundee City Council Social Work Department. The Team gives free, confidential, specialist advice, information and advocacy services on a wide range of welfare rights and debt related issues.

They also have a number of advice clinics throughout Dundee and can, in some cases carry out home visits.

They can also give you advice about your debts, and help you in various ways if you owe money and are having problems paying it back.

The Advice Line is open from Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 4.30pm.
