To provide advice and information on welfare benefits, tax credits, energy advice and money advice

Services provided:

Council Advice Services is part of Dundee City Council. The Team gives free, confidential, specialist advice, information and advocacy services on a wide range of welfare rights, energy and debt related issues.

Council Advice Services also have a number of advice clinics throughout Dundee and can, in some cases carry out home visits. Our energy advisers can also visit your home to advise on energy efficiency or meter issues.

They can also give you advice about your debts, and help you in various ways if you owe money and are having problems paying it back.
