- Peer Support: Opportunities to connect with other stroke survivors through national and local networks.
- Virtual Meetings: Online support and exercise sessions available for those unable to attend in person.
- Exercise and Support Groups: UK-wide network of groups (no longer operating in Scotland).
- Practical Information Packs: Guidance on recovery, daily living, and lifestyle after stroke.
- Counselling and Emotional Support: Access to professional and peer-based emotional support.
- Benefits, Rights, Education, and Employment Advice: Information to help survivors return to work or education.
- Bursary Funding: Financial assistance available for approved stroke recovery Neurophysio treatments. .
- Family Support: Resources and advice for family members and carers of stroke survivors.
- Survivor Stories: Real-life experiences shared by members to inspire and motivate others.
- Guidance for Local Groups: Support for setting up or running new peer support and exercise groups.
Communication Support:
Help available for members who may need assistance understanding, expressing, or communicating with others.
