Services provided:

Dial-a-Ride is part of Fife’s concessionary fares scheme and is free for those eligible to travel. It is a service that will pick a person up from their home address and take them to major shopping centres in Fife and the surrounding area. The scheme is for people who have a physical, sensory or mental impairment, and whether a person’s disability is permanent or temporary Dial-a-Ride may be able help. Buses are fitted with low steps and a lift. A passenger might also travel with a companion. Hearing or guide dogs are also welcome.

Opening hours:

Bookings can be made Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 2.30pm (It is best to phone and book transport two weeks before it is required).
