Aims:
- To advance education and religion amongst blind and partially sighted children
- To improve the quality of life and provide residential accommodation and rehabilitation for visually impaired adults.
services provided:
- St. Vincent’s School (Liverpool) in which blind and partially sighted children enjoy specialist education to their full National Curriculum entitlement, is conducted in accordance with the Roman Catholic faith (although all faiths are equally welcomed and provided for). The children’s social and personal development is encouraged with a wide range of extra-curricular activities.
- The Christopher Grange Centre in Liverpool offers a wide range of services to adults who are blind and partially sighted. This includes residential and nursing care and a day rehabilitation centre. The services are open to all, irrespective of their religion.
