Aims:

Their vision is for everyone affected by cardiomyopathy to lead long and fulfilling lives. They are the specialist national charity for people affected by cardiomyopathy. They provide support and information services, work to raise awareness of the condition, campaign for better access to quality treatment and promote research.

Services provided:

National helpline and Livechat, peer-support volunteers, information and website, local support groups, information days and national conference for people affected by cardiomyopathy, clinical conference and resources for healthcare professionals. Fundraising and campaigning.
