Promoting the therapeutic value of dogs in Scotland

Aims:

  • To provide an educational service to promote responsible dog ownership in Scotland
  • To further the role and the care of dogs in Scotland with the help of Government, local authorities or other organisations.

services provided:

  • Research into the therapeutic value of animals (dogs especially)
  • Introduce a pet visiting service (Therapet) to homes, schools or individuals
  • Visits schools and gives talks to any interested community groups.
