NHS24 is an online and telephone-based service. They can answer questions about your health and offer advice.
Anyone who uses BSL can access NHS 24 through Contact Scotland BSL, a video relay service. In order to use the service, you must register first.
To register for the service, visit the webpage here:

Once registered,
- go to https://www.nhs24.scot/
- go to the get in touch section and select ‘Contact Scotland’
The service is available:
- Monday – Friday: 9am to midnight
- Saturday – Sunday: 8am to midnight
