To support and empower people harmed by failures in patient safety, to help them get justice and to promote safer healthcare for all.
SERVICES PROVIDED:
• Provides specialist, independent advice and support to people harmed by failures in patient safety through its website, helpline, casework and inquest service.
• Publishes free guides on complaining about medical treatment or a healthcare professional, coping with an inquest if a loved one has died due to medical negligence, and making a claim for compensation
• Works to improve patient safety for all
• Offer training courses and conferences for health and legal professionals in order to promote best practice
