Aims:
- To promote the effectiveness of UK grant making Trusts and Foundations of all types
- To enable staff and trustees of grant-making Trusts to exchange views and experiences away from the immediate pressures of grant applications
- To act as a voice for Trusts and Foundations in seeking practical and policy improvements.
Services provided:
- Provides information about the work of grant making Trusts and Foundations to the press and public, through publications, addresses to relevant meetings and in other ways
- Promotes good practice for grant making trusts
- Runs a varied meetings programme – including seminars and professional development modules
- Provides limited information to grant-seekers through its website (only)
- Provides a range of information services to members.
