Aims:
- To further the interests and raise the status of visually impaired piano tuners and to give them all possible assistance in carrying out their work
- To maintain and raise the standard of service provided by all piano tuners, particularly members.

- Seek to encourage all tuners to gain and maintain the highest professional standards
- Offer ongoing training to those who wish to gain these levels of ability
- Run seminar’s for fully sighted and visually impaired tuners in close collaboration with the Royal National College for the Blind
- Maintain links with all professional bodies within the music industry and with piano tuning bodies worldwide.
Publications:
A quarterly newsletter on audio cassette is circulated to all members.
