Aims:
To facilitate a donation for any patient in need of bone marrow or appropriate cells.
Bone marrow transplants are traditionally associated with leukaemia, but are now considered as treatment for a variety of diseases.
Services provided:
- Recruitment of members of the public to the bone marrow clinic by post or at clinics held in the community or workplaces
- Organisation of UK wide and International fundraising events and challenges
- Information talks to community groups and schools.
