Provide free, confidential, independent and impartial advice to individuals

Aims:

To ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities, or of the services available to them, or through an inability to express their need effectively and, equally to exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services, both locally and nationally.

Services provided:

  • Provide general information and advice
  • Money advice service
  • Welfare rights service
  • Outreach service which covers outlying areas and home visits
  • Volunteer development.

opening hours:

Drop in Service Monday to Thursday from 9.30am – 3.30pm and Monday evening from 4.30pm – 7.30pm. 
NB.consultations on Friday’s (9.30am – 1.00pm) are by appointment only.
