Aims:
To provide support in the community for people affected by Cystic Fibrosis.
Services provided:
- Information and advice on services and other resources and guidance on how to acquire them
- Practical help that includes assistance with official forms and helping someone to negotiate their way through a complex process
- Advocacy and representation in relation to housing, education, employment and at Disability Appeals Tribunals
- Financial assistance for essential items e.g. computers, specialist medical items not covered by NHS or respite breaks
- Transport to hospital appointments
- Befriending and mentoring for young people with Cystic Fibrosis
- Massage therapy for adults with Cystic Fibrosis while in hospital

Outreach work is flexible and can be carried out over seven days.
