The Financial Inclusion and Welfare Support Team (FIWS) are a group of Council staff that have been specially trained to give benefit advice. They work jointly with staff from the Department for Work and Pensions
The team can help with:
- Benefits Advice
- Financial Assessments
- They can also give advice on services such as heating and home safety.
