Visualise Training and Consultancy Ltd provides specialist, non-clinical workplace assessments for employers supporting employees who are blind, partially sighted, Deaf, hard of hearing, use BSL or have tinnitus. We work with HR, occupational health and health and safety teams to identify workplace barriers and recommend practical reasonable adjustments, assistive technology, equipment and support. We also deliver visual impairment, Deaf and hearing loss, and disability awareness training for organisations. Services are available virtually throughout Scotland and face to face by arrangement.
