Advice on Individual Rights in Europe

Services provided:

The AIRE Centre provides free legal advice  to:

  • individuals seeking advice for themselves or someone they know; and
  • other advisers and lawyers in the voluntary sector.

Advice and legal services include making benefit applications, making applications to the UK Border Agency, or making applications to the European Court of Human Rights.

To find out more you can either email or call 0207 831 3850 on Tuesday or Thursday from 2pm to 5pm. Please note that the Centre is unable to give out advice over the telephone and can only provide written legal advice (which usually takes between two and four weeks to produce).
