Professional advice on all aspects of medical and healthcare matters

Phone us on

Aims:

To provide professional advice and information over the telephone on all aspects of medical and healthcare matters.

Services provided:

  • MAS nurses provide a service in bridging the communications gap between the providers and beneficiaries of medical care. MAS believes that the explanation of diagnoses, treatment options and medication add up to informed patients who comply better with doctors instructions.
  • Many of the nurses working with MAS are disabled through illness or work injury. They are recruited through the Work Injured Nurses Group of the Royal College of Nursing and are trained to use their nursing knowledge in telephone triage.
