The Disability Advice and Information Service (DAIS) which is part of the Lothian Centre for Inclusive Living (LCiL), offers an energy support service for Disabled people living in Edinburgh and the Lothians. This service is completely free and is designed to help people manage their energy efficiently, especially during the cost-of-living crisis.
The service can support you in several ways:

- Learn how to reduce your energy costs and better understand your household energy use.
- Receive guidance on simple changes and energy-saving measures that could make a significant difference.
- Get help to identify and apply for financial support and grants that may be available to you.
- Access advice on heating systems and appliances, including how to use them efficiently.
- If you are struggling with energy bills, receive support with energy debt and clear information about your options.
