The GAMH Community Hub in Glasgow is a safe and welcoming mental health recovery space for people supported by GAMH. At the Hub we offer wellbeing activities, training, and support. Its aim is to help people build confidence, reduce isolation, and give people the tools to take positive steps towards better mental health.
