Fly Cup is a charity based in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, with over 25 years’ experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and ADHD. We provide inclusive training and employment pathways for people who face barriers to work.
We deliver person-centred learning focused on building confidence and everyday life skills, including communication, teamwork, timekeeping and workplace wellbeing. Alongside this, we offer hands-on hospitality training with access to recognised qualifications such as REHIS certification and SVQ Level 1.
Our programmes are designed to support individuals through supportive, flexible pathways that meet different needs and circumstances
